Tailored to the wastewater management needs of hotel dining facilities, our integrated grease separation and lifting system optimizes back-of-house environments.

As urban environmental regulations are increasingly enforced, the treatment of wastewater from hotel kitchens has become a critical aspect of hotel operations. Hotel kitchens and banquet halls generate wastewater containing grease and food scraps; improper handling can lead to clogged pipes and unpleasant odors, while also increasing the burden of daily maintenance. Designed to meet the specific operational requirements of hotels, our intelligent, fully automated integrated grease separation and lifting system has already been deployed in numerous projects, helping hotels effectively manage kitchen wastewater.
Hotel wastewater is characterized by high peak flow rates and significant concentrations of grease and food scraps. Many hotel kitchens are located in low-lying areas such as basements or parking garages; standard grease traps lack lifting capabilities, making drainage challenging. Traditional, basic grease traps often rely on manual cleaning of scraps and grease, requiring frequent maintenance and significant labor. Accumulated waste generates odors that negatively impact the kitchen working environment.
Tailored to hotel usage scenarios, our integrated system combines automatic solids removal, oil-water separation, wastewater lifting, and heating functions, making it ideal for handling the concentrated, periodic drainage typical of hotels. The main unit is constructed from SUS304 stainless steel, ensuring durability in humid basement environments and facilitating easy cleaning and maintenance. Featuring an automated design, the system captures and collects food scraps upon entry, mitigating issues caused by waste accumulation. Oil-water separation is achieved via gravity, with separated grease collected for centralized disposal. To address the challenges of low-level basement installation, the system includes an integrated lifting unit that pumps treated wastewater into the municipal drainage network. Equipped with a PLC control module, the system operates automatically and provides fault alerts and status feedback, simplifying operation for on-site staff.
Furthermore, the system can be customized based on specific flow rates and installation space constraints, making it suitable for a wide range of projects, including hotels of various sizes and dining areas within commercial complexes. During project implementation, we provide our partners with comprehensive support services—including solution consultation, technical coordination, and installation and commissioning—and offer tailored recommendations based on site conditions to assist clients in establishing the necessary pretreatment systems for foodservice wastewater.
Moving forward, we remain committed to refining our water treatment equipment. We will continue to provide compliant, effective wastewater treatment solutions and technical support tailored to the needs of commercial foodservice establishments, hotels, school cafeterias, and similar facilities.
