This photo shows a finished on-site installation. Kitchen wastewater flows into the unit. Solid food waste is intercepted automatically, grease floats and is separated. Treated water is lifted and discharged. Sludge and waste oil are stored in separate barrels for regular removal. The system prevents sewer blockage and meets environmental discharge standards.
