Aoyuan Sheraton Hotel Grease Interceptor and Lifting System Upgrade Successfully Completed. The new equipment has officially been put into operation.
We recently completed the comprehensive replacement and upgrade of the grease interceptor and lifting system located on the fourth basement level of the Guangzhou Aoyuan Sheraton Hotel. The integrated system has been successfully commissioned and is now fully operational, ensuring reliable and stable treatment of the hotel's catering wastewater.

The original equipment on the fourth basement level had reached the end of its service life and suffered total failure, rendering it inoperable. This directly impacted the hotel's catering wastewater treatment and discharge, creating risks such as pipeline blockages and odor leakage, and necessitating an urgent, comprehensive upgrade.
Upon receiving the project requirements, our technical team conducted an on-site assessment and developed a complete, integrated plan covering both demolition and installation. During the construction phase, our team systematically dismantled the old equipment and associated piping. We completed all preparatory tasks—including floor leveling in the equipment area, cleaning the interior of the grease interceptor tank, and removing construction debris and waste. Following the cleanup, we installed the new integrated grease interceptor and lifting unit, connected the piping and electrical systems, and performed full system commissioning.

The newly installed integrated system features a design flow rate of 15 m³/h, a lift height of 18 meters, and a total power output of 9.71 kW, making it well-suited for the hotel's peak wastewater discharge conditions. It combines oil-water separation, solid waste interception, and sewage lifting into a single unit. The system operates fully automatically via PLC control and a touchscreen interface, allowing for real-time monitoring of operational status and timing adjustments. It ensures stable, efficient treatment of oily catering wastewater, meets environmental discharge standards, and significantly reduces the burden of future operation and maintenance.
The system has successfully completed its trial run, with all parameters operating within normal ranges, and the upgrade project has been officially handed over. This project resolved drainage issues caused by the failure of the hotel's aging equipment, ensuring the safe and compliant operation of the hotel's water supply and drainage systems. Moving forward, we will continue to specialize in the fields of oil-water separation and grease interception/lifting, providing commercial hotels, complex developments, and other clients with one-stop solutions that combine customized equipment with professional installation services.
