Project Background

The complex houses dozens of restaurants plus a star-rated hotel, generating a large volume of oily wastewater daily. To meet local discharge standards and environmental requirements, the property management commissioned us to design and install a complete grease separation system.

On-Site Installation

As shown in the photos:

1. Units installed in rows at the basement utility level, neatly connected to the building's drainage mains;

2. Standard inspection and sludge access ports on each unit — no downtime for routine maintenance;

3. Floor drainage channels and sump with lifting pump, tailored for below-grade drainage;

4. Compact layout maximizing limited basement space without affecting commercial circulation.

- Effluent oil content stably meets discharge standards; passed environmental inspection;
