Hezhou Jinyuan Qilin Plaza Catering Wastewater Grease Separation and Lifting Project
Project Background:
Located in the city center of Hezhou, Hezhou Jinyuan Qilin Plaza required a solution to treat oily wastewater from its diverse range of dining establishments.
The system needed to prevent grease from clogging the municipal sewer network and overcome the challenge of lifting wastewater—generated on basement levels B1 through B3—that could not flow out via gravity.
To address these needs, nine sets of integrated grease separation and lifting units were installed.
These units feature PLC-based remote control, allowing users to monitor operational status, adjust function schedules, and receive fault alarms via connected devices (such as mobile phones or computers), all secured by password protection.
