How do you manage greasy wastewater from a school canteen with concentrated meal-time discharge?

For this project at Duyun No. 1 High School in Guizhou, an Automatic Grease Separation System was installed to provide centralized pretreatment for wastewater generated by the school canteen.

The equipment was arranged in a dedicated outdoor equipment area and integrated with the kitchen drainage system, keeping wastewater treatment equipment separate from the main food preparation space.
